With the Fully Automatic BinFilr, you create a continuous filling process while still being able to buffer. Thanks to the Stackrs and Rollr, continuous infeed and discharge of bins takes place. Perfect whenever continuous high capacity is required. The load cells allow you to fill the bins very precisely by weight. The Fully Automatic BinFilr is modularly expandable with buffers as well as shuttle and/or emptying systems. A single forklift operator can fill 100 macrobins per hour. Thanks to line control, the supply stops as soon as the hopper or all buffer positions are full. What's more, the twin-chute filling system ensures even bin filling. Bins are filled perfectly, so you will never need to top up again. Storage conditions are always optimal thanks to homogeneous filling.
